Using the Server Systems (Magic xpi 4.1)

Magic xpi lets you distribute various services between remote servers. In this way, the Magic xpi Server runs more efficiently. For example, you can have messaging services running on one server that you designate as a messaging server.

You configure remote server settings in the Magic xpi Studio. To access the Server Settings, click Settings in the Server Repository or click the Advanced tab in the Server Properties dialog box.

In addition to the out-of-the-box flow components supplied in the Magic xpi Suite, you can also create your own flow components. When you develop your own components using the uniPaaS component's Studio, you can incorporate Magic xpi Server system functionality. You can find the relevant configuration information here.
