UseBuddhistDateModeForDB (Magic xpa 3.x)

When the Buddhist date format option is selected with a String date storage type, the behavior is different than with an Integer date storage type. When this flag is set to N, the date value will be stored in the database as a regular date. Magic xpa, however, displays the date in the Buddhist date format. The flag displays the date properly when another date mode is selected.
