With uniPaaS, the Runtime Engine disregarded background & foreground colors of Radio button in case of 3D-Sunken style but in xpa the background & foreground colors are used in both the Radio button styles (2D and 3D-sunken).
This special flag is created in order to provide backward compatibility with the earlier versions as well as to retain the current behavior of the 3D-Sunken style Radio button's color.
When you set this flag to N, the background & foreground colors are disregarded. The grey and black colors which were used in the older versions are used as a background color and foreground color respectively.
