Scrolling with laptops with touch screens in long vertical lists might flicker. This is due to the screen refresh done by Windows.

When this set is set to Y, flickering will be removed when swiping a laptop’s touch screen.

Note:

• It is highly recommended not to use this setting as it has some side effects on different operating systems and devices, such as having 100% CPU usage.

• Instead of using this setting, you should also try defining the Windows operating system as Adjust for best performance (Control Panel > System > Advanced System Settings > Settings).
