SpecialRecordCriticalLockWait (Magic xpa 3.x)
This flag is used to prevent an infinite loop that occurs while attempting to get a critical lock for a record. This flag sets the time (in minutes) that Magic xpa will "sleep" between subsequent attempts to gain the lock. This will enable the OS to perform context switching.
Valid values: any number
Default value: 0
