SpecialModifiedDecimalSeparator (Magic xpa 3.x)

By setting this flag to Y, Magic xpa will return the decimal separator character defined in the Magic.ini file whenever the dot (.) key is pressed (whether by the main keyboard or the num pad), only when it is parked on a numeric field.

Note: The replaced decimal separator character is as defined in the Magic xpa environment and not as defined by the machine's regional settings.
