SpecialExpressionTooltip

Defines whether the function tooltip will be shown when using the Expression Editor.

When this flag is set to Y, the function tooltip will be shown automatically.

When this flag is set to N, the function tooltip will not be shown.

Valid values: Y,N

Default value: Y
