SpecialEventQMaxInterval (Magic xpa 3.x)

This flag controls the amount of milliseconds to wait before rechecking for free space in the event queue.

The flag is only effective if the event Queue size was limited (using the SpecialEventQSizeLimit special flag).

Valid values: any number

Default value: 0
