SpecialEditIncreasedHeight (Magic xpa 3.x)

When this flag is set to Y, the default height of the Edit control will be increased by one pixel. This solves the issue of fonts being cut off at the bottom. Setting this flag to N preserves previous version behavior.

Valid values: Y,N
