SpecialDisableMouseWheel

Defines whether the mouse wheel will scroll through records in screen mode.

When this flag is set to Y, the mouse wheel will not change the current record in screen mode, but it will still be able to scroll the form and change values in the combo box.

Valid values: Y,N

Default value: N
