SpecialDisableGITFunctionality

Upon setting this flag to ‘Y’ in Magic.ini disables all the GIT-related icons, and GIT-related menu options under the menu option File > Version Control. Thus, the flag enables you to treat a GIT project as a non-Git project and allows you to work offline.
