SpecialCloseBCMainWindowOnClosingTask (Magic xpa 3.x)

When exiting the calling program through a handler and using CallJS('window.close()') in the Task Suffix of the program, sometimes the Magic xpa engine does not end properly and the runtime window remains open.

Setting this flag to Y will cause the BC module to execute window.close() for the Main window and frames when handling the task closure.
