SpecialCancelOnCreate (Magic xpa 3.x)

Governs the behavior of performing Cancel while in Create mode.

Setting this flag to Yes means that the new record will be dumped and the cursor will return to the first field of the previous record in Modify mode.

Setting this flag to No (default) means that the new record will be cleared, the task will remain in Create mode and the cursor will be positioned at the first field of the record.

This flag is only relevant for Online programs.
