SpecialAutomaticDBReconnect (Magic xpa 3.x)

This feature controls a mechanism that will reconnect when there is an operation that returned a lost connection error.

If this flag is set to Y, then when there is a database error for a lost connection, the Magic xpa engine will try to do the last operation again.

This will be done only for operations that can be the first to use the database connection in a sequence (such as opening a cursor) and only if there is no physical write transaction opened.
