SpecialAllowMinimizeAllModals

This flag came into existence out of the requirement to provide the minimize button on modal windows.

When this flag is set to Y and when you have multiple modal windows open, on clicking the minimize button of the modal window in focus minimizes all the windows in the runtime tree including the parent window from which the modal windows are opened. Thus, you can minimize multiple modal windows in one mouse-click.
