SpecialAddPathToRIACacheRequests

Until V3.2a, cache requests and references contained the requester reference of the InternetDispatcherPath setting from the Magic.ini file. This was unnecessary and is, therefore, no longer attached to the cache files.

When this flag is set to Y, Magic will preserve the previous behavior of sending the requester reference. This might be necessary if you want to use another requester alias (defined in the Magic.ini file) for getting the cache.

When this flag is set to N, the cache file reference will not include the InternetDispatcherPath. In this case, the requester from the execution.properties file will be used.
