Raise Event Operation (Magic xpa 3.x)

The Raise Event operation executes a handler that has been defined for a specific event.

This operation lets the end user force events through various mechanisms during the flow of the Magic xpa engine. These events will be handled the same way as other events generated by the system.

The interaction between a project and its components often requires handlers from the host project. Magic xpa lets components raise an event by using the user event’s public name as specified in the host project.

You can display the Raise Event properties by pressing Alt+Enter or right-clicking the mouse and clicking Properties from the context menu.

Note:

If you need to raise an event many times, it is best to use a Developer function instead to improve performance.
