PerformWindowsOEM2AnsiTranslation (Magic xpa 3.x)

This flag sets the source of the OEM2ANSI translation.

When set to Y, Magic xpa uses the operating system translation tables.

When set to N, Magic xpa uses the user defined translation file, or uses no translation file if such a file is not defined.

Valid values: Y,N

Default value: N
