OverrideSoapSpyForIntegratedAuthentication (Magic xpa 3.x)

This flag is used to allow Magic xpa's Invoke Web S operation to access Web services that require integrated authentication.

If this setting is set to Y, then upon the initialization of Java in the Magic xpa process, Magic xpa will spawn a new process, which will start a new class in %WASP_HOME%\lib\MgSSJ.jar under Java 1.6 (according to the path set in the Java1.6Home and the IntegratedAuthenticationJvmArgs special settings).

Each subsequent 'Invoke Web S' operation in the process will be automatically tunneled (by SSJ) to this proxy process, exactly as with Soap Spy (SSJ tracer).
