Monitor Selected Filters Pane

The Selected Filters pane is displayed in the Activity Log and BAM Message views. This pane allows you to determine the information that is displayed in the log for the current view. The information that can be filtered is the messages in the logs for each overall or specific object, the Date and Time Range for which messages are displayed, the range of flow steps displayed, and the filters used.

From the Activity Log

If you click the Filters button from the Activity Log, the Change Filters dialog box opens.

This dialog box is divided into three parts. The top part of the dialog box contains a list of the different messages that can be displayed. You can select or clear the messages to determine which messages to display. The messages are divided into four tabs:

Name

This tab lets you determine the messages that are displayed for items that relate to the overall functioning of the integration project. An example of a message in this tab is Subscription removed.

The bottom left section of the dialog box is called Date and Time Range. This lets you filter the date and times that are displayed in the log. The From and To parameters have two fields each. In the first field, enter a beginning date or an ending date in the format dd/MM/yyyy. You can also double click in the first From or To field to display a calendar that allows you to select a date. In the second field, enter a beginning time and an ending time in the format, hh:mm:ss.

The bottom right section of the dialog box is called FSID. This lets you filter the messages according to flow ID, or FSID. Enter the required FSID in this field. These fields are only available if the FSID filtering is set.

When you have entered the information you need to create your filters, click OK to change the settings for this project and change the Activity Log display.
