MSMQ Message Setup (Magic xpa 3.x)
The MSMQ Message Setup program sets up the message, setting properties that are different from the defaults. For MSMQ, this has little meaning for a queue opened for reading.
The parameters and return value for the MSMQ Message Setup program are:

Numeric (18). Input. The numeric value that was returned from the MSMQ Open Queue program.

Message Setup BLOB

BLOB. Input. This is a BLOB holding the Memory Table explained in the Message Setup Table.

Numeric. 0 for success and a negative value for failure
