Locking Utilities (Magic xpi 4.9)
The Locking system maintains an entry for each locked resource.
You can create a Lock utility-type step in your flow either as Lock or Unlock. You will have to enter different information depending on the Locking type you choose. The Locking system maintains an entry for each locked resource. When you define or develop flow components during the development stage, you can decide to lock or unlock a critical section. Other users cannot modify the resource in a locked section.
The critical section can be locked persistently in the database or locally in the Server’s memory.
The Locking utilities are:
Lock Resource: Locks a critical section.
Unlock Resource: Unlocks a critical section.
