How Do I Run a Certain Procedure Upon Application Termination? (Magic xpa 3.x)

Any programs you want to run when an application ends should be called in the Task Suffix logic unit of the Main Program. You can call a program here as you would anywhere else in Magic xpa, including calling components. If the program you are calling is in the same project, the called program has access to the Main Program’s variables, so you may not need to pass parameters.
