Defining the EBCDIC Code Page (Magic xpa 3.x)

The user profile running the enterprise server on IBM i must include the EBCDIC code page so that data can be exchanged between Magic xpa applications and IBM i databases, Magic xpa brokers, and Web servers.

To define the EBCDIC code page:

  1. Use the IBM i WRKUSRPRF <user> command.

  2. Verify the Coded Character Set ID parameter.

Make sure that the user code page is not 65535.
