Component for Accessing IBM i System Services (Magic xpa 3.x)

The Functions component, located in the Functions folder under the iSeries_Utilities directory, lets you access IBM i system services, such as spooled file entries, IFS directory objects, and IBM i system values from a Magic xpa application. For more information, refer to the component readme file located in the Functions folder.

To access this component, you must have the MAGIC400 Host Library, provided by Magic xpa, installed on your IBM i machine. You must add the component file, function.ecf, located in the Functions folder to your Magic xpa application, and add a database entry for the QTEMP library in the Magic xpa Database repository.
