BlobFromBase64 (Magic xpa 3.x)

Decodes a BASE-64 BLOB variable to a regular Magic xpa BLOB.

Syntax:

BlobFromBase64(BLOB)

Parameters:

BLOB: A BLOB value encoded in BASE-64.

Returns:

A BLOB value containing the decoded data.
