Accessing IBM i ISAM Files Using the Client Gateways (Magic xpa 3.x)

ISAM files can be accessed by the Magic xpa SQL Gateway and SQL tables can be accessed by the Magic xpa ISAM Gateway. You must define the
IBM i library, containing ISAM files, as an SQL database in the Magic xpa Database repository.

The Get File Definition function retrieves the ISAM files of the SQL table and the SQL tables of the ISAM file. Magic xpa accesses the same IBM i database file either by using the ISAM Gateway or the SQL Gateway.
